Crouch Construction LLC offers flexible, tiered plans designed to fit your property's needs and budget. This plan provides dedicated support, ensuring your spaces remain in pristine condition without the hassle of surprise repairs. 

Minor Repair Plan

Minor Repairs Plan – $500 Deposit + $59.99/Month (6 Months)

This plan covers small, everyday repairs for your home or rental property. You get one visit each month for 6 months. At each visit, I handle approved minor items only.

What you pay

• One-time deposit: $500 due at signup

• Monthly payment: $59.99 per month for 6 months

• Payments are automatic each month for the 6-month term

What you get each month

• One scheduled visit per month

• Up to 2 hours of labor included on each visit

• Minor repairs only (see below)

• Any time over 2 hours, or work outside minor repairs, requires a separate project quote and agreement before I start

Minor repairs included (2-hour limit per visit)

• Small drywall patches (under 2 sq ft)

• Paint touch-ups (under 10 sq ft)

• Caulking around windows, sinks, or tubs

• Small flooring fixes (loose tiles, minor scratches)

• Basic hardware or fixture swaps (locks, handles, cabinet knobs)

• Minor plumbing and electrical

Not included (quoted as separate projects):

• Full room painting

• Major plumbing or electrical changes

• Large flooring installs or repairs

• New fixture installs (lights, faucets, doors)

• Anything over 2 hours total

How the deposit works

• The $500 deposit is held as a work credit

• It covers labor and small materials (screws, caulk, compound, tape) on minor repairs

• Larger materials are extra and pre-approved

• If you end the plan early, the deposit covers work already done; remaining credit can be used on a one-time minor repair visit

Term and renewal

• The agreement runs for 6 months

• Renews automatically for another 6 months unless cancelled in writing 30 days before end

• Renewing customers keep any remaining deposit credit
